Hello all. I'm not really feeling very chatty so I'm just gonna get down to it and call it a day.
After my two free days for Thanksgiving...the scale reported....
170 even
That's a loss of .6 lbs. Body fat percentage went down to 38.15% too.
I was hoping to break into the 160's today but HEY I got a loss for the week. SAWEEEET!

Yay after Thanksgiving that is great! Although I think your scale is slower than your body. It certainly looks like more. But I am just so stoked by the progress in your mind and how much you are learning about how to be a healthy you.
