Weigh In Day #4

Good Morning World! It's a beautiful day here in rainy, windy Seattle. I love everyone. Overkill? I thought it might be. Oh well. Okay, so you may be able to figure that I just weighed in this morning and perhaps I might be slightly pleased with what I saw.

Yes, it's true. I did my normal Sunday morning OCD ritual of stripping down and stepping on and off the scale a dozen times just to make sure it's giving me consistent information. Mr. Scale must have gotten over himself because he's giving me one number and a glorious number it is. Okay, so it's no where near ultimate goal but who cares...it's down. I'M DOWN 2.2 lbs from last week. Yay for me!

Even with the stress at work and a cold, I still managed to take care of myself and eat right and squeeze in some exercise. Oh so glad to see the scale start to catch up to where I am. My goal for November is to hit 169.4 before it's over. That should be totally doable. 3 lbs, 3 weeks. I think I might just be able to meet another goal. WoooooHoooooo!

Okay, off to make some breakfast and get on with my Sunday.

WOOT WOOT!!! Congrats on the great weigh in, although I knew it was coming with all the great choices you have been making. Even when you know you are doing right, it feels good to see it reflected in measurable ways.
