I'm just not really in the mood for blogging or reading today. So, I'll just do a quick check in and call it good rather than spreading any negativity or cramping my brain trying to be introspective.

Exercise...almost. I started and was interrupted by someone breaking into my car in the parking lot of my gym. Had to deal with that so I didn't get to finish my workout. :(

Guitar, will definitely do it. Just haven't yet. I've been thinking about it all day. :)
Yoga, no

Meditate, no
Tracking...yes and I'm probably going to be a tad bit over calories today but it's all healthy stuff
I think that's it for the list. Not too bad.
I'm feeling kinda lonely right now. Not sure why. Nothing has changed. Oh well. Probably nothing. Play guitar, eat dinner, read, and relax tonight and I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow.
