I was meticulous about every single calorie. About my sleep. About my water intake. I took baths to relax. I read my book. I did meditative breathing. I know I didn't get all my blogs in but I have a good excuse. The hubby's grandpa was in town for a few days and hubby graduated yesterday. I had no time to myself until today.
After all calories were calculated, I had a 4,523 calorie deficit for the week. In normal world, that would equate to a 1.3 lb loss, to be exact.
You know what I got when I stepped on the scale yesterday?
0.6 lb gain.
Now tell me exactly how F'd up you think that is!
