What? Not big news? Phooey!
Getting frustrated with me yet? I know I am.
The Plan
- Drink 60oz of water every day
- Take my Vitamin D every day
- Sleep 8 hours every night
- Blog every day
- Count every calorie in and every calorie burned
- Food - 3 squares and a snack every day (1,400 calories)
- Activity - 1hr cardio every day + crossfit workout of the day every day + any additional weight training needed after crossfit activity is done + skate practice a couple times
- Do morning gratitude every day
- Read for pleasure
- Meditate before bed every night
I think that should cover it. I need to calm my brain down and find some peace and balance. Oh boy am I burned out right now. Work has drained my will to live lately. Time to take control back and not let my puny little job dictate how I feel about the rest of my life. That's just insanity.
