Weigh in Day #34

Big News! Oh my gosh, you'll never ever believe it. Not in a million years.




Weigh in last week and for the past 4 weeks before that = 160.4



Sunday's official weigh in......

What? Not big news? Phooey!

Getting frustrated with me yet? I know I am.



The Plan
  • Drink 60oz of water every day
  • Take my Vitamin D every day
  • Sleep 8 hours every night
  • Blog every day
  • Count every calorie in and every calorie burned
    • Food - 3 squares and a snack every day (1,400 calories)
    • Activity - 1hr cardio every day + crossfit workout of the day every day + any additional weight training needed after crossfit activity is done + skate practice a couple times
  • Do morning gratitude every day
  • Read for pleasure
  • Meditate before bed every night

I think that should cover it. I need to calm my brain down and find some peace and balance. Oh boy am I burned out right now. Work has drained my will to live lately. Time to take control back and not let my puny little job dictate how I feel about the rest of my life. That's just insanity.
