Weigh in Day #19

An uneventful week on the weight loss front for sure. I was home sick for most of it so there was no exercise to speak of. I tracked calories for most of the week but then just gave up toward the end. I wasn't going crazy or anything. I was still on track for the most part. I just got sick of writing it down.

Last week: 164.4
This week: 164.4

No change. Fine by me.

Now, it's a new week and I'm about 80% back to normal. But who cares about that when you've got a goal and an unwavering desire to achieve that goal. That's me. It has been driving me crazy all last week that I couldn't get any exercise. I was dying for it. So this week, I'm finally going to work out all that frustration. My plan? Well, I'm so glad you asked, I'll tell you.

Monday: 1hr with my favorite elliptical diva, lower body weight training
Tuesday: 1hr with my favorite elliptical diva again, swimming and sauna
Wednesday: 1hr racquetball with my favorite accountabilibuddy (if she's up for it), upper body weight training
Thursday: 1hr on the rowing machine, roller skating at Skate King for as long as my little legs will hold me (Anyone want to join me? Come on local girls...let's go skating)
Friday: 1hr with elliptical again or maybe treadmill (we'll see how I'm feeling), lower body weight training, oh and maybe I'll do my best at roller skating again (that is if I can still hold myself up without the wheels attached to my feet).
Saturday: I'm thinking this is going to need to be my rest day but if I have anything in me after the previous 5 days, I'll do some more roller skating.
Sunday: Oh....more roller skating. How do you like that? Look at all the 4wheel fun I'm going to have this week. Oh boy! Now I'm super excited. Ok, I'll level with you here. I've been tossing around the idea of checking out the local roller derby practice squad and they meet on Sundays and Thursdays. So I'm thinking, maybe just maybe I'll have enough balls to just show up and do my worst. What do you think about that? For more info or to follow my woosiness (is that a word?) you  have to check out my other blog. Click HERE to see what I'm up to.

Have a fun and eventful and healthy week everyone!

Any week without a gain is a good week in my book!

I have to agree with Karen!

Salina I am so proud of you. In the past your frustration might have led you to give up. You might have been angry with the sense that your body betrayed you. But you didn't, you didn't self destruct! No you respected that your body was in different place and took care of it first. Again, you totally rock. I am so glad you are feeling better, now go kick some butt at the gym.
