Stupid scale!
Last week, it showed a gain. Weighed 168.6.
This week, shows exact same number. 168.6.
That's a 37.9% body fat.
Stupid!
But...I'm electing to view it as PMS side effects. The numbers add up to a 1lb loss both weeks but the scale isn't seeing it. Oh well, it'll catch up to me.
Gotta do a super quick post today because lots to do. Places to be, people to see.

Aww don't let it get you down sweetie! You know you are doing all the right things. You also can see how your body is changing. That scale is just a bit behind like you said.
