Damn it!
Last week was 168.6 and 37.9% body fat.
This week: 169.4 and 37.4% body fat.
I'm hoping it's all just water weight from straying from my normal healthy diet and routine. But my body fat actually went down. I did it multiple times too and every time I got the same number. Normally, I get a range of numbers and take the one that I can get three times in a row.
Here's my theory...
I think that the last two weeks that I was showing a gain was bullshit water weight from my period. I was working out normally and eating normally so I think today's weigh in would have showed a good loss. That would explain the body fat reduction. And I think that my strange diet for this week freaked my body out so I'm retaining the sodium and water weight from the not so good food. That would explain the actual scale reading this week.

TRACK EVERYTHING
