I can't believe it's been 26 weeks. Oh my gosh, I just realized what that means. That means that I have now passed the point of determining sustainability. According to the lovely and wonderful ACSM, people who start a weight loss program tend to give up somewhere around the 3-6month mark. I've made it past the 6months now. Oh ya! Now I'm even more excited.
I weighed today and I'm down another pound.
Last week: 163lbs
This week: 162lbs
I know, it's weird. I haven't had a weigh in right on the dot before and now I have two in a row. And in case you have forgotten about the previous weeks (when the bitch scale wasn't moving), I also have made it move for two whole weeks in a row. WooooHoooo!
What have I done different to break through the month of nothingness? I only did one thing that I can think of.
I managed my stress.
