Lately, Sundays haven't been very nice to me on the scale so I decided to check it out on Saturday instead. Want to know how retarded it is?
Saturday, I weighed in at 166.2
Sunday, I weighed in at 167.6
How is it possible to gain 1.4lbs in 24 hours? I'll tell you how. It's NOT. It's the stupid scale. I think I'm going to destroy that thing in the same manner and passion in which is demonstrated in this video clip.

Honestly, I weigh in on Friday mornings for one very specific reason. I tend to let myself be a little lax on the weekends. I don't go crazy or anything (at least I try not to), but I'm not as strict as I am during the week. So weighing on the weekend or even Monday morning would mean I may have a temporary gain or a little water retention or something, whereas Friday mornings, after a week of consistent healthy (for the most part) choices, tend to be more consistent for me.
Arghhh!! I am frustrated for you. I think your scale is whack. Not only that but you were looking smokin' on Saturday in case I didn't tell you. Have you thought about maybe using the scale at the club on a regular basis?
I love that scene!
I feel you on the scale hate.
Be sure you have other ways to measure your progress... not just the scale cause that bloody thing LIES!!
:-) I think you are on to something!
I agree with you! Scales are weird that way! I actually wrote an entire post on my Love/Hate Relationship with the scale! Great blog btw. You can check me out at http://dietfix.blogspot.com/
