Sorry no communicado over the weekend. I wasn't totally slacking. Just struggled with feeling under the weather last week. Then a horrible weigh in yesterday.

2.2 lb gain from last week.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
I'm thinking a combination of things caused it. Only exercised twice last week, wasn't feeling well, wasn't doing my daily self-care stuff, wasn't eating perfectly, that time of the month, etc. Let me clarify a bit about the not eating perfectly because I don't want to feel like I'm hiding out and not being totally honest with you or myself. I had a planned menu last week as I do every week. I followed it...mostly. I needed to go to the store to get a couple things in order to prep everything I had planned but didn't end up getting that done because I wasn't feeling well. So I improvised a bit. I let the hubby get tacos one night (2 small fish tacos from Taco Del Mar) and I had a couple (3 or 4) not so healthy snacks (a slice of bread with nutella and jelly). So yes, I splurged a little but definitely not 7,000 calories worth of slacking to amount to a 2lb gain. So I think it's more than just the couple extra not so healthy food options.
