Long Hot Active Summer Challenge. Ready. Set. Go!

Hi All. It's that time again. Time for another challenge. I'm a sucker for challenges and this here's a good one.

Today is the official start date. August 25th is the official end date. That's 16 weeks.

My goal for weight loss is 24 lbs. That's an average or 1.5 lbs per week.
My goal for exercise is 5,760 minutes. That's 1 hr per day, 6 days per week. I'll be talking about my exercise details over on my other blog. Living Active. Come over and visit my active self to find out what I'm doing. There is a benefit for doing so...you get to vote on what activity you think I should do every month then you get to watch and be entertained by the torture I endure as a result of your votes.

Since today is the official starting line, I must post pictures of the before so we can see the difference when it comes to the after.

I feel the need to share how unhappy I am about this picture. This is my weight after full day of eating and drinking a ton of water and I'm fully dressed holding my 2lb camera. I just painted my nails though so at least my feet look cute. My starting weight is apparently 162.6. So if I plan to lose 24 lbs by August 25th, I'll be at 138.6. Sounds good to me.


This is so not a flattering picture of me. Work all day, then some racquetball, and full body weight training, sweated all over myself. I just feel ugly. Yuck!


This one is a little bit better to see all my lumps and bumps. Yes, I know I'm wearing black and it's hard to tell. I wear black. That's what I do. Deal with it.

Check out the size of my ass. Hot damn! And it's the spot where I've lost the most inches so far.
