Wednesday + Tuesday, carry the 1 - the snotty attitude problem = WTF, where did the week go?
Okay, I have to figure out what I did this week.
Wednesday - I can't remember. I know I went to work. I know I did some exercise but I can't figure out what it was. Well, whatever it was, it took 100 minutes.
Thursday - Was suppose to be yoga day but wasn't because I'm an idiot and forgot to pack my gym bag. All I had in there was a swim suit. Yoga in a swim suit? No one wants to see that. So I ended up going to the gym and swimming for 40 minutes.
Friday - Yoga day. Check out Yoga Carpet? for more info. It was a 90 minute class but I decided to only count it as 60 because it was a really slow class and I wanted an accurate calorie burn in my tracker.
Saturday - I spent the entire day with my step mom in law. We walked around all day. Had lunch (tiny little baby ham and cheese quiche, fresh fruit, black current tea), wondered around a couple antique stores and a farm and a used book store (my favorite thing ever). I didn't count any of it as exercise though so....0 minutes.
Sunday - Mother's Day. Lame! Brunch with the mom in law. Sucked! Then spent the afternoon wondering around The Market with hubby. Again...walking all day but didn't count any of it as exercise. 0 minutes.
Monday - A full workout. 60 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes of weight training.
Tuesday - Miss grumpy butt pissy pants decided to dance all over my mood. I did everything in my power to keep her chained up and out of my face but she just kept poking me and making faces at me so....I sat on my ass and watched the Biggest Loser instead of getting up and actually doing something. Don't judge...it makes perfect sense. Completely logical. When PMS Primadona is residing in my head.
So that makes......330 minutes of exercise in week 1.
That makes me a little behind schedule. Seriously? Damn it! Week 1 and I'm already slacking.
Okay, I'm pulling my head out of my ass and I'm doing the damn thing already.
Weigh in picture. 160.4. That would be a 2.2lb loss from last week.
Oh look....HATS. Adventures in an antique store. I especially like the "Chill" over my head here.
It's just a Rootin' Tootin' good time!
I don't know! Feathers on my head. Whatever!
