Sorry no post yesterday to update the weigh in. Not only was the scale not reporting all the work I did, but I was also super busy this weekend so I was lacking time to do the proper post.
I'll probably be light on the posts this week too now that I think about it. I have my ACSM exam on Friday so I will be cramming as much information into my brain as I can over the next 5 days. Wish me luck!
Weight was exactly the same as last week by the way. 163.6. Total bullshit if you ask me. I ate perfectly and worked out HARD every day. I was very conservative on all my calories and still showed over 4,000 calorie deficit for the week.
